Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to most international destinations.

 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. Express shipping within the United States is $15.00. International shipping is a flat $19.95.

 

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Standard US shipping arrives 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. US Express arrives in 1 to 2 business days. International orders typically arrive 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs and peak periods.

 

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is scanned. A tracking number can take up to 48 hours to show its first movement. You can also use the Track My Order page on this site.

 

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Wrong or incomplete address

If the address on your order is wrong, contact us before it dispatches. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date and we will replace it or refund you.
