Sunday Meal Prep Went From An Hour To Fifteen Minutes
I prep lunches for two kids and myself every Sunday. Carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, cheese for the week. It used to eat my whole afternoon. Now I do it while the coffee brews.

Less than a decent chef's knife, and it does the cutting for you.
See It Running
Real kitchens, unedited. Load the hopper, flip the switch, and the bin fills while you stand there.
How It Works
Four stainless steel blade drums, one motor, one moving part you touch. It does the cutting so you can get to the cooking.
Deep-Fill Hopper
The wide chute takes a whole carrot, a block of cheese or a halved potato without pre-cutting. The pusher keeps your fingers nowhere near the blade.
No-Mess Catch Bin
The clear 3.5-cup bin snaps onto the front and catches every slice. No flying shreds, no wiping the backsplash. Pour it into the pan or straight into a meal-prep container.
A single switch. No speed dials, no settings to learn. Flip up to slice, flip down to stop.
Stands tall instead of wide, so it lives on the counter next to the coffee maker instead of in a drawer you never open.
Curtis Stone built it around how restaurant kitchens actually prep: fast, safe, and the same cut every time.

Questions
Every attachment is: the four blade drums, the hopper, the pusher, the cover and the catch bin all go in the dishwasher. The motor base wipes clean with a damp cloth. Most people rinse the drum under the tap and are done in 20 seconds.
Pull the drum straight out of the hopper and slide the next one in. There are no screws or tools. The spare drums live in the blade drawer built into the base so they're always where you left them.
Firm vegetables and fruit (carrots, potatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, cabbage, apples, beets), hard and semi-hard cheese, nuts, chocolate and bread crumbs. It isn't built for very soft foods like ripe tomatoes or raw meat.
About as loud as a hand mixer, and only while you're pushing food through. Most batches take under a minute, so it isn't running long enough to be a problem.
Safer than a knife. The blade is inside the drum and the drum is inside the hopper. The only thing you touch is the pusher. Unplug it and it's inert.
Use it for 60 days. If it doesn't earn its spot on your counter, send it back for a full refund. It's also covered by a 1-year warranty against defects.

Real Kitchens
Meal preppers, parents, small-kitchen cooks and a few reformed mandoline users.
I prep lunches for two kids and myself every Sunday. Carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, cheese for the week. It used to eat my whole afternoon. Now I do it while the coffee brews.
Bought it for veggies, but a block of cheddar through the shred drum in ten seconds is why it stays on the counter. No more bagged cheese. Rinses clean in the sink.
Tiny kitchen, every gadget ends up in a closet. This one stands upright in the corner and I use it most nights. Wish the bin were a little bigger for big batches, but I just empty it twice.
I've cut myself on a mandoline twice. With this my hands never go near the blade and the potato slices come out identical. My husband thought I bought them pre-cut.
Lettuce, onion, cheese, all shredded before the meat is done browning. The kids fight over who gets to push the food in. Everything goes in the dishwasher after.
Got the 2-pack during the sale. She has arthritis and hadn't made her slaw in years because of the knife work. She called me the first night she used it.
